Petunia growth modelling
Plant growth resource partitioning under different environment was studied at the University of Fribourg in collaboration with mathematicians for SystemsX.ch project under the direction of Prof. Didier Reinhardt (cf. recent publications).
An attempt of a 3D model using GroImp (e.g. right side) was tried. However, computing transport resources from module to another need too much time (for the moment).
Rose development modelling
Stochastic model of rosebush development and architectural establishment.
Build with L-Studio cpfg (Algorithmic Botany, Calgary University) for INRA-Angers (France).
Publication target: "Labeled sorting as a preliminary tool for a fast sensory profile: A feasibility study on the visual aspect of rotating virtual rose bushes".

Andean Music
My father Gilbert Favre (1928-1998) played quena in the famous bolivian group "los jairas". Some video can be found here.
From 2000 to 2005 I played bass-guitar or double-bass with the swiss band "los Luceros". Video of concert in La Paz (Bolivia, 2004) can be seen here.
"De los Alpes a los Andes" is the CD album (15 titles, Terra Firma) released in 2004.
Jazz Music
In 2000, I improved my jazz feeling at the AMR in Geneva under the direction of Alain Guyonnet
After performing the Real Book or Coltrane in friendly bands, I play now the double-bass in a jazz band of Fribourg "Kumasie Blue Orchestra". We performed some concert that can be viewed here.
After Covid-19, I made a new jazz band "Fleur Bleue". We use to play at the Botanical garden each year. Event. Samples
